Sri Jambukeshwara Temple is a magnificent temple albeit small, situated in Tiruchirrapalli. It is a fountain of tranquillity and quietude. Although the temple was constructed during the tenth century, it still looks unblemished. The temple is devoted to Goddess Parvati and Lord Shiva. Many devotees visit the temple to pay their honours. There is a dazzling Shiva Lingam engulfed in a water body situated before the temple. In addition, there is also an elegant chamber beautified with linga and the figures of Gods.
